Coarse here, fine inside. This table decides only whether an app
appears at all. The rules that matter most stay where they already live
and are enforced by the app itself — LedgerLine keeps deciding which
document types a person may run, and Feyer AI keeps deciding that cost,
gross and market rank are visible only to management. A gate in two
places is a gate that will disagree with itself.
Portal admins sign in with a code as well. Anyone holding
Users & Permissions is asked for a six-digit code emailed to
them, on top of their password — that account can hand out every other
account, so it is the one worth the extra step. Which means it needs an
email address on file before you can tick that box.
