Once, here — not once per product. They land with no apps until you tick boxes under Access.
Set a password
How a new person first gets in, and how somebody who has forgotten theirs gets back in. It signs them out everywhere. Welcome, in a person's panel, does this without anybody having to choose the password — prefer it for a new hire.
Set an email address
Where a sign-in code goes for a portal admin, and where a forgotten password goes for everybody else. A wrong one is worse than a missing one — a missing address means somebody cannot reset, a wrong one means their reset lands in another person's mailbox. Never guess it from the name: three of the twenty-five in the company do not follow the pattern.
